I arrived at TKC in Briarcliff Manor, NY in 1979 –
just a year after losing my Dad to cancer. Looking back now, I realize that while my college experience was marked by grief, God in his loving and sovereign plan placed me within a thriving Christian community where I could heal and grow in grace while pursuing my studies. I am so grateful for my time at King's and the life-long friendships I made there. I graduated well equipped professionally and spiritually to make a difference in the world for Christ. Four decades later, I can honestly say with the Psalmist that "All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies" (Psalm 25: 10). I pray that many more young people will experience the unique opportunity that I enjoyed pursuing an excellent education in Chrisitan community at TKC.
